Langosh Flour Mix



Flat Bread – Vegan – Gluten-free

Ingredients for 2
140g Langosh Flour Mix
20g fresh lemon juice
100g lukewarm water
Coconut oil for frying
Vegan sour cream – optional
Vegan cheese substitute – optional

Method

Step 1
In a large bowl combine fresh lemon juice, lukewarm water, and add the flour mix and mix it
well together.
Leave it to rest for 10 minutes.

Step 2
Meanwhile heat the oil in a large frying pan.

Step 3
After 10 minutes rest, place the dough on a lightly floured surface and knead it for a few
minutes.
Divide the dough into 2 equal portions.

Step 4
Lightly oil up your hands and the surface (benchtop) and stretch out the dough into a 16cm
circle.

Step 5
Fry the dough on both side for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 6
Place it on paper towel to soak up any excess oil.

Step 7
Top with vegan sour cream and cheese or eat it as it is.

Store in a cool, dry place.
