Flour Mix for Soft and White Bread Products

Ingredients for 3 buns
140g Flour Mix for Soft and White Bread Products
2g salt
20g fresh lemon juice
170g lukewarm water
Coconut oil for brushing

Method

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200C.
Line a large baking pan with baking paper.

Step 2
In a large bowl combine lukewarm water, salt, fresh lemon juice.
Add the Flour Mix for Soft and White Bread Products and mix it well together by hand.

Step 3
Leave it to rest for 5 minutes.

Step 4
After 5 minutes rest, place the dough on a lightly floured surface and knead it for a few
minutes.
Divide the dough into 3 equal balls.
Slightly flatten the balls out to form a bun shape.

Step 5
Place the dough on the baking pan and brush the top with coconut oil.
Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.

Store in a cool, dry place.
