Crusty Homemade Buckwheat Bread Flour Mix

Ingredients
270g Crusty Homemade Buckwheat Bread Flour Mix
3g salt
40g fresh lemon juice
300g lukewarm water
Optional – garlic powder/onion powder/seeds
Method
Step 1
In a big bowl combine lukewarm water, fresh lemon juice, salt, (optional – garlic
powder/onion powder/seeds).
Add Crusty Homemade Buckwheat Bread Flour Mix and mix it well.
Knead the dough for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Leave it to rest for 5 minutes.
Step 3
After 5 minutes rest, place the dough on a slightly floured surface and knead it for a few
minutes.
Form it into a round shape and slightly dust with flour.
Step 4
Line a large baking pan with baking paper and place the dough on it.
Brush the dough with coconut oil.
Leave it to rest for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Meanwhile preheat the oven to 180C.
Step 6
After 20 minutes rest, bake for 50 minutes on 180C, and a further 20 minutes on 200C or
until golden brown.
Step 7
Transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool.
Store in a cool, dry place.
