Hulled Millet Salad – Vegan + Gluten-free

Ingredients

2 tbs Indian Dream Sauce Mix
100g Hulled Millet
5g salt
500ml water
2 tomato - diced
1 red onion – diced
1 red capsicum - diced
1 fresh parsley – cut
1 tbs apple vinegar
5g salt
5g black pepper

Method

Step 1
In a medium stock pot add hulled millet, Indian Dream Sauce Mix, 5g salt and water.
Mix well.
Cook it and bring it up to boil.

Step 2
Set aside the cooked millet and cool it down.

Step 3
In a large bowl combine the tomato, onion, capsicum, parsley, 5g salt and pepper, and apple
vinegar.
Add this to the hulled millet and mix it well together.

Step 4
Eat it on its own or as a side dish.
