Grissini – Vegan + Gluten-free

Ingredients
100g Gluten-free Vegan Bread Flour Mix with Reduced Fiber (for yeast bread)
60g lukewarm water
8g fresh lemon juice
2g dry yeast
4g oil
2g salt
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2
In a large bowl mix together the lukewarm water, lemon juice, oil, salt, dry yeast, and
Gluten-free Vegan Bread Flour Mix with Reduced Fiber.
Knead them well together.
Step 3
Divide the dough into 9-10 portions.
Form the dough into balls.
Step 4
With both hands roll out each ball into 25cm stripes.
Place them on the baking tray.
Step 5
Leave it to rest for 10 minutes on the baking tray.
Step 6
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 7
Cool it on a wire rack.
Store in a cool, dry place.
