Orange-Plum Cake – Vegan + Gluten-free

Ingredients
200g Flour Mix with Carob Powder for Muffins and Sponge Cakes
100g water
100g fresh orange juice
2g soda bicarbonate
20g sugar substitute (erythritol, coconut sugar, natural sweetener)
1 can of black doris plum – halved
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven for 180C.
Grease a 10x24cm cake pan.
Step 2
In a large bowl combine the water, fresh orange juice, soda bicarbonate, sugar substitute,
and Flour Mix with Carob Powder for Muffins and Sponge Cakes.
Step 3
Pour the cake mixture in the pan and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 4
Cool it on a wire rack.
Serve with cream, custard or jam.
