Naan Bread – Vegan + Gluten-free

Ingredients

125g Flour Mix for Soft and White Bread products
50g coconut cream
100g water
1-2 cloves of garlic – smashed
15g fresh lemon juice
5g salt
Coconut oil – for frying

Method

Step 1
In a large bowl mix together water, lemon juice, coconut cream, garlic, salt and Flour Mix for
Soft and White bread Products.

Step 2
Leave it to rest for 10 minutes.

Step 3
After the rest, form 5 balls.

Step 4
On a slightly floured surface flat out each ball into a round shape.

Step 5
Heat oil in a frying pan on medium heat and fry the naan bread for 2 minutes on each side
or until golden brown.
