Vegan Cheese-Ball – Vegan + Gluten-free

Ingredients for 8 pieces
75g Doughnut Flour Mix
2g salt
2g apple cider vinegar
80g lukewarm water
40g cheese substitute – vegan
5g oregano
5g black pepper
Method
Step 1
In a large bowl combine all the ingredients and leave it to rest for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
Step 3
With slightly oiled hands form 8 even balls and cook them for 10 minutes while turning
them or until golden brown.
Step 4
Serve with salad or rice. Or both.
